Second Degree

I may have mentioned this in earlier posts, but I plan to take up a second degree. One reason is that, I could not imagine myself working nor not working in my 20s. I could, though, take a year or two of rest from the years of schoolwork. Second, I couldn’t see any possible jobs for this course, albeit much has been said about job opportunities.

Lastly, the course I’m currently taking is my second option. Although I’m enjoying it since it’s aligned with my interests and hobbies, nothing else could make me happy than to live the dream—that is to say, of being a pilot. I get jealous when I see my friend who’s already taking up AeroE. Sabay sana kami.

Luckily, I have found a school that gives the same course training specifically designed for people who have finished a four-year Bachelor’s degree course, and is below 30 years of age. And oh, I had a deal with my parents that I can take any course provided that I first take up a degree at their discretion. I guess the pieces are falling into place after all.

Learning is a never ending process.
